Whipped body butter is like a fluffy thicker version of lotion, and a little goes a long way (2 oz. whipped body butter fills our 4 oz. reusable glass jars)
 
Whipped body butter melts into your skin and just feels so nice and airy and fluffy and soft. It works so well on dry skin also! 
 
WHIPPED BODY BUTTER (WBB)
 
Store in a cool dark place:
WBB should always be stored in a cool dark area away from moisture and hot temperatures. Shelf life can be about 12 months or so, depending on how it's stored and cared for. 
 
No water or preservatives have been added (all natural!). To maintain the integrity of your whipped body butter, do not introduce water to the jar:
Since WBB is typically anhydrous (a substance containing no water),  it is important to keep water from entering your jar. The addition of water can create a breeding ground for bacteria.  
 
Seasonal: 
Envelop’s WBB is seasonal, because warmer weather conditions can make it challenging to make and also difficult to keep cool while shipping. Shipping is available November - April. Can be purchased locally year round. WBB loses its luscious whipped airy texture when it gets too warm. It will melt and become a completely different texture. It will still work wonderfully, of course! But the whipped enchanted-ness of it all will be gone. 
 
If your WBB melts, you can simply throw it in the fridge for a short bit to resolidify it. The texture will no longer be the same but it will absolutely still be perfectly usable! 
 
Envelop will typically make WBB Nov - March/April. Since the shelf life is about a year, you can store it at home in a nice cool dark place and use it all throughout the year! Great!
